Was out in the shop working on the Morris today, and I had a brainwave. Borrowed a projector from work and performed a little experiment. Watched the Stirling Moss trophy race from Friday night while I worked. Turns out the back of my garage door makes a pretty functional screen. Will have to invest in my own projector some day.
Goodwood does a fairly inexpensive subscription service now, gets you access to all of the archival footage and a bit more video content. Since I can't make the actual event, it's been fun to have that video on tap. Have some more work to do out there tonight, racing and old cars (and maybe a tasty adult beverage) sounds like a good way to spend a Saturday night.
