TR6 Goodpart Spacers

With help of my expert friend Randy, we (he) dropped the left rear suspension and installed the spacers. They were designed to lift the car 1 5/8". On a level surface, the left bumper is now about 1/4" higher than the right bumper - exactly how I wanted it to come out since with driver aboard, the two sides are now equal. He found it necessary to disconnect the axle to properly lower the car. He also identified the mysterious rubber hose as having come loose from the gas tank. It's apparently for overflow vapors. Nice to have someone like that to help work on your car at home - like a doctor making house calls. He had two more TR6 stops to make after me. Keeps him busy in his spare time. There are apparently 3 more TR6s in Stamford plus an immaculate MGA one block away from me. I'll have to contact the owner. BTW I have 2 more new Goodpart rear spacers. I only needed 2, they sent 4. If anyone can use them, send me a PM.
