I apologize in advance for this long post------ One of the things I have changed is going to the Goodparts rear camber adjusters. But now Im having second thoughts---many have said that when using the stock swing arm brackets that if you use different notched brackets to get your camber dialed in you will mess up the geometry. Well are you not doing the same thing when using the Goodpart brackets? (unless they happened to come out adjusted the same on both sides). I have made an initial adjustment with the new brackets and each side is different by about by 3/8"--about equal to using one notch different stock brackets on each side, in fact this is what I used with the stock brackets (one notch difference) before the change. I autocrossed my car and I always seemed to have a quirky hanldling problem which was mainly different handling on left and right corners.----My California car is solid with no rust, no wrecks, no cracks, poly bushings. I would find it hard to believe that all TR6s came from the factory with perfectly straight frames anyway. So--what are your opinions on the geometry issue using Goodpart brackets?--has anyone else had this unequal problem? One theory I have on the adjustment is that maybe at least two brackets--either the two outside or the inside should be adjusted the same no matter what??. On the street it is probably no big deal but racing is another matter---what are your thoughts, ideas, theories?

The difference is easy to see, the blocks that slide up and down inside the bracket are in different positions on each side. This is just a rough alignment I did untill it gets to an alignment shop, but I can see that the adjusters are not going to come out the same on each side after the alignment. This would be the same as having different (factory) notched brackets to get the camber equal on both sides. Changing the rear caster on the TR6 also changes the pivot point of the swing arm, so I guess Im just wanting to hear some knowlegable person explain the effects of the change in geometry and if the Good parts adjusters might make things worse?
