Has it really been 18 years since "The Wall" was released?!?!

...I need t' sit down an' catch me breath.

You've just been isolated to long, Doc....I can tell by your shaved head! hehehehe

"We don't need no thought control!"

Actually 20 years. I saw the original show in London. Hey teacher...

I saw them do The Wall at Nassau Coliseum 29 years ago.

I went with several other teachers.

In fact, ~HERE~ is that concert.

If your talking about the Alan Parker movie... it was more like 27 years ago (1982)! The album is coming up on its 30 year anniversary on the 30th of November.

Better take ten instead of five Doc.

Doc...... hasn't it been 30 years.... wasn't it released in 1979
.... or have I been hangin in the drug store too long?

My time sense is a bit distorted.

...and Steadman's work is STILL *brilliant*!!!

You're right, album came out 30 years ago; my math is rusty later in the day. This got me reminiscing, so I went and dug out my old concert programme from the Earls Court shows in London. That led me to my DSOM concert programme; second concert I ever went to, which led me to ...sigh, happy days.

It's worse than I thought!

Somebody slipped me a mickey. Truss'd me up an' tossed me in a Tardis!

Dang I wish I had that pic of Mick. Perfect placement opp.

Doc, you're just gtting old & forgetful!

Hey Ant'ny. I remember 1968 jus' FINE, thankewverrymuch. :smirk:

You remember 1968........ I remember tying my shoes this morning.

That'n is "excess to requirement" here, Baba: I wear flip-flops most times.

It's been 20 years since the Berlin Wall came down. No one under 30 even remembers, or cares it seems.

Ukraine independence was pivotal too. You're right, Shinsen774... nobody seems to know what happened YESTERDAY. Let alone a decade or two ago.

Doomed, I tell ya.
