Goodbye My Daimler

Well, it was with some sadness that I watched my beloved 1950 Daimler SS depart home for her new owner. I will miss her, but on the other hand, now I can better focus on getting the Jag back on the road!

Oh my. That's a sad picture. I don't think I could have done that!

However, if it lets you concentrate on another project. It's for the best.

(but could you have kept the Daimler, gotten rid of the Jaguar? Pro-Daimler bias here  )

Sure, I could have done it that way, but since I've had the Jag for over 25 years and the Daimler only a couple, my attachment was stronger for the Jag.

Of course, just pulling your leg!

Whereabouts are pictures of your Jaguar?

She's gonna bring lots of attention to that truck as it motors along....oh, did you roll up that side window before he pulled out?

Good job Basil, I am proud of you. It is always best when you clean house!

Sad to see one go but it frees up time, money and space for something else which is exciting as well.
