$60 2x anti-roll bar end links (LH + RH).
$14 2x anti-roll bar brackets (LH + RH).
$12 Poly anti-roll bar bushings.

I have a 3/4" bar for that; found it easier to have two bars with end links so I can just switch bars in 10 mins.
The 3/4" is too much for street use in terms of noise & vibration, but the stock 7/16 with new stuff is still a great quick, easy & cheap tightener.

I also found that all my suspension & steering stuff was much more badly worn on the right side than the left...
 
That is cuz we drive on the right side of the road...the car is used to driving on the left.

On the last long road trip I was considering removing my 3/4" bar for the drive home (interstate). But I toughed it out and have since sorted out the harshness issue.
 
For an auto with a tight steering system, a roll bar is an awesome transformation to a better car. I agreee it is money well spent. Enjoy!

I understand the harshness thing, what did you do to smooth that out with the 3/4"?
If it's somwthing easily remedied, prehaps I can do the same and leave it on....
 
I experimented with various types of end links and bushings. It is still much harsher than the 9/16, but it is certainly smoother than what I started with.

Originally, I had poly bushings on the 3/4 bar and end links made of spherical rod ends. I now haw a setup similar to the Addco (sp?) bars sold through places like Jeg's.
