I'd like to do some stuff myself but I think I may need a little help to get it to stay running for a start

Anyone know someone good to make a home visit?

Best bet IMO would be to hook up with the local club, UBSCC . You might even find someone willing to come over and help in return for free beer & pizza.

Here's a tip. Join a club, but don't just up and ask for some of the guys to come over and "fix my car"..... You host a "Tech Session"

Hey, UBSCC had a tech session last weekend and I did not get any Pizza. That sucks! We did have fun working on a MBTD.
Our next request for a tech session is for a TR3, but is more basic. IE: How do you take it apart?

Hey - I am in Folsom later today and tomorrow. Happy to help as long as it is something I know how to do properly (which I'd like to think is a fair amount at this point as long as Paul and Randy and Marv and Randall and and and are around. Ha.

When did she last run?

I was the first person ion this county to license to do that mobile stuff.
You really have to think about what you may need in the field!
Still use that when I go work on Limey Limos.

Sorry for butting in here with an off-topic question- I grew up in Africa, specifically Rhodesia, I am curious about your screen name.
Are you also from Rhodesia?
