Albeit not a Triumph, but the way they went after this and captured the steps on film (disc - ha!) was really nicely done. Worth watching for those of us with welding to do. Some of this will apply to nearly every floor or panel job you'll do.

Even hearing the sounds the MIG makes is helpful to imprint into your brain for when you are doing this sort of stuff.

If you're new to welding, there are some awesome videos out there on Youtube that walk you through basic MIG welding. A tremendous help from when I was learning! The big difference is they show you how to do it with 1/8th inch steel, which is quite a bit easier to work with than 20 gauge sheet metal, but the concepts are the same.
