Welcome to the forum! The little man is something new to entice the many lurkers to come in and join the fun. But you’re right it is probably a bit too big and not placed well. I'll have to make it a bit smaller and placed so it doesn't interfere with making a post. Thanks for the feedback and for joining in the fun! (You should NOT see the little man any longer - if you do let me know as that will mean something is wrong.)
