Don...ya gotta stay away from them Mint Juleps....work into them slowly until your system gets accustomed to them.

Sounds like good news. Take your wife to dinner.

I take it that she upped the life insurance on you last week?

So alls well now, right?

Back story
My dad died suddenly at 50, so all the boys in the family when we hit that number and passed it celebrated.
Well, my baby bro didn't get pass the number before he had problem.
Last Dec he had quad bi pass and is doing better.
While I was in DC last month I was able to see him a couple of times.
During that trip and after I was having uncomfort in my chest.
Of course being a guy I didn't mention it to my wife.
When I got home I made an appt to see my Doc.
While in the appt he told me he wanted me to go straight to the cardiac care facility in Charleston.
So...I guess it was time to fess up with SWMBO.
That's when she got pi$$ed.
So they put me on Indigestion meds for a couple of weeks and all is fine again
I will be seeing a Cardiologist once a year to keep an eye on me as My Calcium score is 96, hi end of the low risk.
But with my family history it's says Cardiologist all over it.
So You guys aren't done with me yet.
I know that will disappoint a few

Knowing what I know now, I'll have to go easy on you don :rolleye:
It's a good thing that you are monitoring the situation... it can't hurt.
I lost my dad when he was 55 so I understand.

Oh Come on Billy, we're guys.
That's what we do! ;)

Good news!

Keep calm and carry on......

Give it to me Elliot. My kids are harder on me than you...
Look were they learned it from!

I won't tell your wife you said that :rolleye:

I had sever chest pains back at the end of Sept that I knew was not a heart attack. The hospital doesn't care when you are a 60 YO saying you have chest pains. Kept me overnight and told me your heart is fine. "Make an appointment with your GP to see what it is". And they charged my insurance about 13k for that info. Turns out it was my gall bladder.

Oh Come on Billy, we're guys.
That's what we do! ;)

Don, glad that ur good. Best of health to all here. Yea, guy here, went to a doctor for the first time in 15? years. Passed. Lucky guy, I'm a regular now.
