TR4/4A Glovebox door "stops"?

There are two glovebox door "stops" that are 1/2" wide and 1&1/4" long...black with small rubber stop on each one. What or where do they mount to.:confusion:

They look the same as on my '73 Stag. Where can I find one original? Glenn in NY with my 47y owned '64TR4.

Best bet may be to make your own. I fabbed the metal pieces from .060" aluminum. The rubber stops are available from quite a few sources, I got the ones i have from eBay. They screw into the back of the wood dash

Ordered one from Moss in USA. It’s on back order. Those on E/bay are very expensive and need over the pond shipping.
