I shouldn't be so mean, but I can't help it. I followed the build on that Healey and followed them during the rally. I'm surprised that car made it to Paris. The low ground clearance and the maximum overloading they put into it along with the many questionable modifications put into the car gave me grave concern for its success. I believe they broke both rear springs, which wasn't that unusual with many of the cars, and spent a lot of time in repair. But they did persevere and they did drive most if not all of the ground miles of the rally. I congratulate them on their perseverance, but I'm not sure dragging a Healey through that type of brutal and deliberately beating environment is much to cherish the car for.
