Getting rid of pesky rubbing/polishing compound overspray

Know this is not specifically a Healey problem but what is best way to get rid of minor rubbing/polishing compound overspray ( usually small dots) from some weekend work on the Healey paintwork ? Thought I had everything completely covered but of course some managed to find it's way into the interior as was working on left wing and had door open but covered - I thought !
Thanks,
Mike

Sorry, I reread your post(read it too fast,LoL) and thought you were talking about paint overspray on the body.

A good washing followed with drying with a microfiber cloth should do it. For seams and tight spots, use a soft toothbrush. Be careful with clay bars; if they're old they get hard and will scratch the paint.

T-Cut , best stuff ever but you may have to get it from the UK

I’ve used a lot of products from Griots for my Healey. They now have another product similar to the clay bar for those that want something different. Both products recommend using a lubricant like their Speed Shine, spray.
