Getting ready for the Ozarks trip?

Oh me, I would love that little Bugeye so much, sigh. She is so beautiful.

Anyone else notice the Moggy behind the Bugeye in the first pic, with wheel spats?

Well, I do have my hotel reservations already - that's a beginning!

I plan on driving mine. If the wife and I make it, it will be in the midget alone. Gas may be over 4 bucks a gallon by then and with the new rear gear and 5 speed I hope to get over 40mpg. Got 37 on the highway with the weber and 3.9 gear and stock 4 speed before so lowering the rpm might help some. Plus my weber seems to run a bit rich. I bought a gastester and plan on checking and rejetting if it seems appropriate and this might help too.

I've got my reservations and approval to take the time off of work, now I just need to get the Tunebug drivable!

John Moore - I want to park my '63 Midget next to your Bugeye!
