Getting Logged Out

I was having the same problem on my desktop but was also having problems with the cookie file on a iMac. I think I corrected one of the problems with the cookie file and now my sigh in as been good for the last couple to BCF sessions. May also have the same sign in problem on my iPhone, I'll confirm that later today.

I had no problem getting on and it recognized me but the location bar shows www.britishcarforum... and NOT secure. I just tried https://... and now it is secure.

I'm not sure what happened, but I reset the "https" re-direct so that if someone types in just britishcarforum.com or www.britishcarforum.com or http://britishcarforum.com it "should" redirect to the secure connection (https://). If it doesn't it is probablly due to your cookies that are stored in your browser. Try deleting the cookies for Britishcarforum and then see if typing in Britishcarforum.com will re-direct to the secure connection.

I log in each time with my tablet, Luigi does not bother me. My PC is on remember me and have no problem with Luigi or ads. Really doesn't take all that much time to log in each time, keeps things secure.

I cleared the cookies Basil and now it redirects me to https. thanks.
