GeoThermal project shut down

A-B foam is stronger than you think. The mini baja team at school used it for floatation for the car and it blew out the wooden molds they make for it out of plywood and 2X4's. I blew some stuff up with it before but can't remember what.
The stuff we used at school was EXPENSIVE !!!!

Well to a point, but it's nice to at least attempt to keep a thread somewhat related to the topic

The topic said "GeoThermal project shut down" so, knowing that, we moved on.

I would think I could get a little love from the guy w/ six full auto 50 cal Browning M2's in his avatar. :jester: :jester: :jester:

O.K...O.K, geo thermal project shut down......but it's been shut down, nothing else to talk about..... :jester: :jester: :jester:

Anybody use geothermal to heat/cool their house? There's a hunting lodge here that has huge pipes run way up into a cave where the temp is stable & then move it into the main building for heat/cool.

I know they tried it at Pompeii, but they had some problems with the regulators.

That was only later, Greg. After they'd forgot to pay proper omage to th' janitor. :jester:

Eight, actually,ISTR.

Thunderbolt, P47. Also known as a "JUG". My uncle, Bud Cagle, flew one in WWII. Lost while protecting airbore troops attempting to reach and releive the 1st Airborne Div. near Arnhem (A Bridge to Far) in Holland on Sept 19, 1944. He was a member of Zemke's Wolfpack, 63rd squadron, 56th fighter group, based in Boxsted, England. RIP.

Ooof. That's my definition of "Hero".

Ya come from good lineage, Mr. Browne.

CAS was always th' best/worst mission for adrenalin overload IMO. OV-10's mostly in my case.

got some Cagles down here, good stock and GOOD folks !!!! One of the nicest guys I ever met. Need to call him, been too long.

Thanks, Doc. I have paper work for every mission he flew including tail #, position in the flight, and result of the mission. It is really interesting reading and takes you back to the time like no history book can. For me at least.

Kellysguy, no relations (Cagles) that I know of in MS, but the other side of the family migrated to TX.

I sometimes come across as a smarta$$, but know that I mean every word of it.

Don't know why....didn't know you Mississippi folks ever wore ties.....but, then, I'd bet they look good with overalls!
