Hello. I have stripped the gear box and am amazed, at the previous owner/s repair skills, seals missing at rear, bearing collapsed, driven so much that the outer case of the bearing is a lovely blue colour, completely worn away the scroll seal. There is a washer that fits in between the "C" clip and the centre bearing, because the rear flange nut was loose the shaft and centre bearing has been working, almost wearing this washer p/n 324-480 away. does any one know the thickness of this washer?? so as I can make one Thanks Saltiga

Watch out when taking apart the gearbox. There are about 24 steel balls - spring loaded, and they will fly all over the garage floor. Don't ask me how I know.
