Why do the two clubs have their conclave/rendezvous at practically the same time? I would attend both if they were a month or more apart.

We were discussing the two meets a couple of weeks ago. I don't know if it's by accident or by design, but by having them close together, the people bringing special cars from overseas, like the streamliner and endurance car can hit the meets back to back. Now I see the streamliner (from Australia) isn't coming.
 
Sorry, guys. I over reacted due to excessive fatigue. We had 5 feet of snow since Friday evening which means blowing and shoveling every three hours. And its cold out there. We are expecting 5 more by next weekend so I will read everything twice before reacting.
John, that does make sense but the attendees should be poled. I do know that several guys will be traveling to both.
