Gasket sources

Looking for alternative sources for engine gaskets for my 3.9 litre Rover.

In particular, the valley gasket and pan gasket.

Open to any and all suggestions (other than "dealer").

It's originally a Buick engine, so I should think that the pan gasket at least would be identical. I'd suggest that a specialist in that vintage of American iron would be able to help?

BritishPacific is a good aftermarket British Heritage vendor. I have used them for some Rover parts along with Gold Coast, Atlantic British and XKs Unlimited.

you can always buy sheet gasket material and cut your own using the originals as templates

D&D built my stroker 3.9 litre. I'm just looking for any and all of my options.

There are many sources in Britain........Real Steel, RPI....to name a few that i've used, but there are hundreds more...........You would want composite head gaskets i would think but there are many options available for the rest

The new composite gaskets work very well. No sealant mess, just torque gauge to specs and done. Valley gaskets and rockers the same way and very clean and pretty leak proof. Easier to get apart later.
