I just got my gas tank back from the radiator shop. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/nonod.gif It turns out that there were alot more holes in it that the previous owner had repaired/covered up. The shop did a patch job on it that looked a little like frankinstein, but I really didn't mind because they said it wouldn't leak.
I get home and rinse it out with gas, well don't ya know it, there was a leak! Being too impatient to return it, I patched it up with JB weld so I could complete my liner project.
Lesson learned: All radiator shops are not created equal!
If you are going to have repairs done, make sure they deal with gas tanks and can do the liner there.
New wheels came in today, too bad I can't drive without a fuel tank!
