Here in Oklahoma gas prices in our area in the North East dropped to $2.61 pr.gal. Prices are not stable between stations & brands but getting closer. Just a little bit of sunshine peeking through!
Thanks Paul. Here in eastern Connecticut regular gasoline has dropped from average $3.92 to $3.59 per gallon, altho' it changes up and down a bit every day.
Light at the end of the tunnel? or a speeding locomotive racing through the tunnel toward us?
BTW, heating oil is now near $5/gallon, and electricity rates will rise 50% on January 1.
Before pandemic we spent $300 a month on fuel. Our cars use 93 and get decent mileage ( main cars were MINI and Land Rover ). Now, not driving as much, I barely see a $150 bill with the higher prices and all 9 vehicles are full with locking fuel caps.
