Cheers - Dennis
North Alabama again.....hehehehe

I went Up valley for Turkey day {North about 100 miles} gas there was $1.63/9 Here in the sticks where I live it is at $173/9
Funny thing is, where the gas is refined in Woods Cross Utah is closer to where I live than where we went for T Giving!
Shipping must not be the issue that is keeping our local gas higher than the rest of Utah. I wonder what is.
*SIGH*

Couldn't help it.
$4.98 per gallon here in Copenhagen, at the absolutely cheapest station.

Geesh! I thought we were in fat city with it going down to $1.93!!! The season has finally changed down here though, the license plates have finally started turning colors!!

I filled up our Honda Pilot on Weds, it was only $33 for a very empty tank. I felt like I was getting free gas! LoL

1.64 its so nice being able to fill up the truck once again for just under 25 bucks. At the peak it was right around 70 to fill up compared to 20 when I bought it in 2003. Thank god as this time of year sub 10mpg are normal for gas milage.

Funny...about 6-9 months ago, Utah was talking about cutting the $.24 a gallon gas tax to help people with the high cost of fuel. Now the legislature is looking at implementing it as a percentage (like sales tax). They claim it's not a "tax hike" but if and WHEN gas goes back up, how can it be other??? I'd much rather they keep it a flat amount.

The Wife and I went Xmas shopping in Salt Lake City yesterday. I noticed gas prices there on the rise Eg. $1.73/9. Out here in the sticks gas finally went down to $1.69/9 I took my Motor home down and promptly filled it up to the brim.
Taking NO chances here!
Although it only took 60 gallons $102.00 is a whole lot better than $240.00 And we will get at least one trip out of it this coming summer. Yaaaaaaaaaaaa!
