TR2/3/3A Gas cap lid keeps popping open??

It looks like there is a large rubber O ring in the lid to act as a seal. There is also a rubber seal in the lower part of the cap? Is there only supposed to be one seal and these two seals are fighting each other? What is the stock set up supposed to look like? Maybe there should not be a seal in the bottom part and a DPO added it?:smile: Karl
