GAS, BRAKE and CLUTCH PEDALS for a BT7

The original pedals were a little to small for my size 10's and a sore spot would develop on longer rides so I made the pedals slightly larger and more comfortable. Use an 18" length of flat stock and have a metal shop roll it into the 5.25" radius for you, then cut it to 4.5" for each pedal.

I also added a dead pedal because my left foot was always flopping around. It helps a lot when cornering. The aluminum piece above the dead pedal is a vent for cool air, and it really works.

You're right, but I hardly ever drive the car at night anymore and the dead pedal is still worth the inconvenience.
