Gardener- Cross island Update!

Gardener, we might not be driving alone on the
cross-island Euduro! We might have very diverse
drivers with us.

My friend Rolando, from the Unites States Power Squadron,
called me tonight to let me know the rewire of his ancient
Land Cruiser is completed. Rolando wants to partake in the
cross island Enduro. A few friends in the U,S.P.S. have old
Harley D bikes- THEY want to go on the cross island Enduro as well.

Rolando knows a few excellent food stops along our planned route.

Gardener!!--

We going to have us a Convoy, fiesta day!!!
:winner1: All of us!!

Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Re: Gardener- Cross island Update!

Wish I were there in my '37, as it was a hill climber (mud slinger) back in it's day. ENJOY!!
The wife and I tried to get a live view from satellite of your route and maybe watch on the day, but no luck so far.

While not live, I did look at the route over the mountain on Google Earth. Looks like a great drive.

<span style="color: #990000">Wayne- you should be able to find the planned
route on Google earth-Puerto Rico.

Look for RT 22 west out of San Juan about 50 miles-
then look for rt#10 south to Utuado about 15 miles.

Edit: we will drop down onto Rt 123 which runs more or less parallel
to Rt #10. Then look for 2-3 hours of mountain switchbacks
down to Ponce.
