Yes, GT was purchased in Baltimore - was stored in garage for several years and before that was in Hollywood, MD.

Bud, did you get the lift locally??

Does it run on 110 or 220?

Picked it up in Newark, DE. Runs on 220 single phase so I was able to wire it in my 100amp subpanel with 30amp double pole breaker. Here's the site

Also had a special and got a 8gallon oil drain tank.

Thanks much for the link. I have some major issues involved in getting 220 to my garage, but do have limited 110 service. I may do a generator for the times I need more & abandon the added power plan. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smirk.gif
edited to add: Looked at the site & see a 7,000# 110 lift...now do figure how to haul a 14' long, 1,500# "package" from DE to Balto. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/eek.gif

As long as you can get a double pole breaker in you should be okay. They have 2 different motors - one draws 14.2 amps and the other 18.2amps. If you need all the specifics on the motor let me know and you can confirm with an electrician.

My 110 feed is underground and probably buried 75+ years ago, & is on a 15A breaker, which is why I can't do anything easy. BGE wants way too much to do a new feed just to the garage, so I am thinking generator for the few times I need to draw extra power. Too cold to do anything for awhile, just trying to plan for spring. No real heat in the garage either. The 7,000# would work fine as long as I can get the narrow track on safely. They quote a 35 1/2" opening and the car has 36" between inside tires.
