I don't just have grease and oil spots, I have a grease and oil layer. I can literally take a putty knife and dig into the crap that has accumulated on my garage floor in the middle. I think all the previous owners of my house must have all had LBC's, or something that leaks and drips equally.
I'd most likely have to removed it using some mechanical means, then follow up with as powerful a degreaser as I could find, probably something stronger than 409. Also, the concrete in my garage has a rough surface texture and very porous, and has many big cracks and chips in it. I just don't think it would make a good candidate for this treatment, and I'd hate to spend that kind of money and not have it come out nice. Guess it's just another excuse to knock down my whole garage and build another, this time three bays wide! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
