I always feel so great after my annual garage cleaning ritual. I'd feel even better if I knew it would stay this way for more than a few weeks.

Sounds like my desk.

I always feel so virtuous after a good garage-cleaning. The tricky part is dealing with HER stuff.

In case you didn't know this fact... your stuff is her stuff :smirk:

I have a good friend who claims the ENTIRE garage is his, and his wife has never parked her car in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lucky duck.

Anyway, I find that if her stuff just sits out there for a few years then it's finally OK for me to ask to toss it.

Except that he has to sleep out there too.

Hehehe... no, she puts up with it. He has an MG-TB (1939) and a Porsche 356 (1965) in it... and tools. I wish.
Thankfully, my Bugeye sits in my neighbor's garage (across the street). I'm the lucky one.

The garage reaches "Critical Mess," then it is time to clean and restore tools to the proper place. Trouble is sometimes there are three or four projects going on at once.

And when "Critical Mess" is fully achieved, it takes a lot longer to correct than it took to create.

Ever heard of the Pink Box. You shouldn't ask but husband just bought one to contain his sockets. Really do we need 11 drawers for all of these? Why pink you say? He says because everybody else has red. Not sure what he was thinking.

Have heard of Pink Box, good on him and, yes, eleven drawers is barely adequate.

Basil, I'm just sayin no pics (you know the rest):encouragement:

Sorted my garage out somewhat, hopefully it will remain that way..... Problem is finding places for SWMBO's gardening stuff. I think a revamp of the garden shed may well be called for.
