Georgia must be broke. They have a speed trap every ten miles southbound on I95! Haven't got us yet, almost to the FL line:smile:

My real estate guy got one last week outside Augusta doing 94 in a 70

Whoa, faster then we've been doing! Safely made it into Florida, now we have torrential downpour!

Round these parts, that would be a felony.

Never seems to rain like that up north ( Maryland). Seems whenever we're on hunting island or folly beach we always see that kind of rain-never lasts long, though:smile:

Don't like the Florida weather? Wait ten minutes and it'll change!

You getting anywhere near Tampa?

Coming through port Ritchie, heading for Sarasota and siesta key. We're on 19 just north of tarpon springs now. Gonna be in siesta til Friday. Just saw an alpha Romero in a car lot...

Gonna stay near the beach?
Gosh, I hope so

Yep, got a place overlooking the gulf somewhere around siesta key! We're just sort of drifting down the coast right now.

Kinda lost in tarpon springs....

Out of tarpon, past Tampa, near Sarasota. I love this coastline almost as much as coastal SC...

Ya went whizzin' by me!!

Sarasota is really nice this time of year, too. We spent last weekend with friends, junkin' around Boca Grande and the waterways.

Yeah, blew right past you! Pam is driving her new Fiat 500, and is zipping right along. I didn't even know we were this far south til I saw a Sarasota sign. It's really beautiful down here.

Man, we keep having that discussion. I say if we took our time and came down 17 we could make it at least into Charleston or Beaufort, two of our favorite places,,,

Should have dropped it off somebody's house to babysit it

Don't sound so surprised Larry, this IS after all, a British Car Forum! :playful: Safe travels!

If you drove a TR8 you could comfortably drive all the way and arrive refreshed:encouragement:
