What's the secret in starting the furflex seal along the door.
Been thinking about using the rubber seal instead.
Any thoughts on either ?

Harry,

When you say furflex seal versus rubber seal what do you mean? Originally, the door had a furflex trim piece that clips on and a separate rubber seal that slides into metal channels. I used the later TR6 version which combined the trim and the rubber seal on mine. Note that if you've replaced the rocker panels, you may not even have the metal channel there to support the separate rubber seal.

Scott,
Thought they had an option for replacement, furflex or rubber.
My rocker panels do not have the continuation of the metal channel.
Will the tr-6 version work for both ?
Not worried about water penetration as the car will probably never
see water. So looks like the tr-6 seal is one piece instead of 2.
