STOP!! Never post your email address in open forums. Bots can "harvest" your email! If you must share your email use a Private Message or use the

We got rid of our landline and all the robo calls we used to get at dinner time have stopped!
JP- I have an iPhone and you can automatically silence it from say 9pm - 8am in the settings so only people on "your list" can reach you. When you get up in the morning, you can retrieve any messages you get during the private time.

Oh I totally do that! Do Not disturb, but, I try not to hand out my phone number because I am generally not interested in receiving phone calls during my day.
