fuel problem 1988 espirt

Motor has fire. Fuel pump does turn on. There is power to the pump but no ground. I can jump it at the relay and the pump will turn on. Can anyone help or have electrical diagram Thanks
 
I'd be for changing that relay first. Any resolution yet?
