A few weeks ago I took my gas tank to a tank repair shop and had it dipped in acid to clean the insides. After repairing the pinholes and then putting the undercoat like hole patch material on the outside, I reinstalled it. I didn't have the flange wrenches and used vice grips on the fuel line nut(I've bought the wrenches now). I couldn't get it tight and it has had a little leak, not good. Now after looking at it and the parts catologs. It looks like the bugeye had a 3/16th fuel line and the later(1275) cars had a 1/4 inch line. It doesn't seem to be a problem with the 1275 I have in now, but I do plan to put a sc 1275 this winter. So If I need to replum it to 1/4", now it is the time. Ole BCF guru"s, what is everybodies experiences, I have the need to know. Thanks!!!!!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif
