Land in Florida, cheap? Yea right!!! I've got some of that. Yea, thats it, thats the ticket. Only want $150,eh $1500,eh $15000 an acre,eh parcel, eh postage stamp size lot.

ummm... we got plenty of good deals up in Hudson after a tropical storm hit there a few years back. T'was a freak March storm not a hurricaine. Once a place is scraped clean by weather it can become a bargain (relatively speaking) but ya need to realize it can happen again, and kinda quick.
 
Following that logic, stuff should be real cheap out Cali. way with all the fires and earthquakes...but it is still the most expensive in the nation!! Just remember, hurricanes are just one of natures ways of clearing all the deadwood!!
