Front Swaybar mount remodeling...

Now who's car doesn't need this? I'm not sure if I've ever seen a Healey that didn't have damage to the frame horns and/or swaybar mounts.

Still need to spray a little low-gloss black on the repaired area, and call it a day.

Great idea to use the bumper mounting tube to brace the mounting plate. Also encouraging to see how good the inside of the chassis rail looked even with outside rust.

I milled out that trough so the new pad wouldn't sit too low (it's 1/2" thick).

No captive nuts to break loose on that swaybar :wink:

All in all, I'm pleased with the outcome.
