TR4/4A Front Suspension Strengthening Kit assembly

I am in the process of installing the front suspension strengthening kit (from RevingtonTR) on my TR4A (live axle). The upgraded lower pivot brackets have two vertical studs, while the mounting brackets welded to the chassis have two horizontal holes in them (see pictures). In order to install the pivot brackets I need to drill a lower hole on the mounting bracket.

Which set of holes should the pivot brackets/A Arm be attached to? Those towards the front OR back. They were originally installed towards the front but I dont trust what I am taking off based on some of the other things I've encountered.

Before I drill the lower holes and weld the plate washer (see picture) in place I want to be sure I have got this right

Two pictures attached

Thanks, I got an email from revington confirming this. Strange Triumph didn't spend a few pennies more and put in that 2nd bolt and gussets. And why on earth 4 holes!!
I also encountered the same interference with the smaller front gussets, with Revington suggesting they be angled out (see attached instructions). I ended up making a small notch 1/16-1/8 just below the bolt head, and it cleared it enough to get it to work without repositioning it.
