Front suspension assembly lube

I am full of questions tonight. What are the recommendations for assembly lubricant for the front suspension - king pins, spindles etc? And , while I am at it, any favorite grease for hub bearings? After packing the bearings how much grease should be used inside the hub grease cup?

Thanks as always! I will try to consolidate my questions next time.

LIN, Nary a drop inside the hub grease cap. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nonod.gif Lightly coat all the bits inside the hub. King Pins,Spindles etc ; any good hi temperature chassis lube, Type NGL 2. Bearings I prefer a lube specified for Disk brakes.---Keoke
