Hey Guys

Does anyone have a photo of a front lifting bracket for TR3A? I see the illustration in the Moss catalog but would like a better photo so I can fabricate one for my car. Engine is nearly complete. Just need a fuel pump (and lifting brackets). Should have tranny installed by the weekend. Whoo Hoo!

Photos of the cool GM alternator bracket I fabbed up will be posted tonight. I'm way too too proud of this minor accomplishment. My kids think I'm a dork!

Here is a picture of the way I lifted my engine/tranny. I used a nylon tow strap. If you make a bracket, and use it, you will probably have to repaint it after you get the engine installed. I didn't mark up any paint and was able to do it myself.

Thanks for the pic. This is great. The boss goes up against the back side of the front plate and then bolts go through timing cover, front plate, lifting bracket and secured with nut on back of bracket?
