I'm still running the original coil springs on my "rolling restoration".
I've replaced most everything else of a mechanical nature on the car including rear leaf springs. How do 62 year old coil springs affect front end alignment, tire wear and ride? As far as new springs go are they basically the same from all suppliers or are some better than others? Are there any issues with the springs being too firm or not being the correct height?
