They are the same profile, but the holes for the overriders and also the mounts are different, so you can't swap out unless you want to use the other cars beer mounts and overriders, or drill new holes and cap the old. I was not aware of the new ones being stainless, I think mine is chrome, I got it 6-7 years ago from Victoria British, at the price new is less that getting one rechromed (for the front) rear price is in the same ballpark, new or rechromed.
