I just got done putting new brake pads on my 77. What a great setup. I was done in one hour, that was having a coffee and chasing the dog out of the flowers. Two pistons and no other moving parts. I have been a mechanic (trucks) for 30 years so I don't do alot of cars but that was by far the best I've seen.

Hope you put anti squeal stuff on the back of the pads, or you might be undoing your work in a few weeks....

I like brake squeal. It's kind of an audible warning to go along with the "third brake light." Just a little something extra to pull the guy tailgating you out of his cell phone conversation before he parks his Excursion on your parcel shelf. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
