Front Brake 100/6

I had two weeping wheel cylinders on my front drivers side LH wheel ( LHD )
Whipped them off and replaced with as shown however the shoe does not sit centrally on the piston
Is that OK slightly off centre as shown, or have I made an amateurs mistake somewhere?

Push on the drum, stamp on the pedal a few times and adjust the brakes if necessary--you will have centered the shoes in the process.
