On the exterior I would not change a thing - might not even replace the rear windows but replace front end with the one that comes and sort out the rear doors
Interior - renew (obviously) possibly a webasto style canvas roof
Subtly increase the number of horses under the hood - possibly a Jag 6 or a small V6 or even a Miata engine
sigh, how to get it from Minneapolis to here and in the garage without SWMBO noticing.
