Liberals! When I lived in Manhattan, I occasionally prayed in a synagogue which still requires the rabbi and cantor to wear a TOP HAT! You know those big black silk stove pipes just like 100 years ago.
Apparently this tradition also continues in the UK in some of the more posh congregations (where at least until recent years some of the congregants also wore top hats)

There is at least one church that I am aware of where the elders still wear morning coats to serve communion.
