I found a used catylitic converter for a 1981 TR7 in my parts pile if anyone is interested. Free, only pay shipping. Only has about 30k miles on it. It spent its entire life in Oregon, so no salt in the winter. Exhaust manifold around somewhere also + some miscellaneous engine parts. First come first serve.
