Hi guys. I had a bunch of parts up on e-bay for local pick-up. I was just trying to get rid of the stuff, as you can see from my $1 starting price. I guess no one local wants to pick it up. Anyway, I'll just give you guys this stuff if you can come and get it. Let me know.

I'll probably break up the lot and re-list individual items on e-bay after the holidays, so if you want it, please let me know soon.

I could really use the those chrome bumper "guards" bumperette thingys. Would you be willing to ship those? I can even arrange for UPS to pick them up if you can pack them.

Happy to pay for them too....

Is that tranny do you know as good as it looks??

Tweety, I appreciate the interest. If I can't give away the whole lot, then I'll break the stuff up and start going through the e-bay process again. I had a lot of this stuff up on e-bay and Craig's List both individually and in a big single lot over the past year. No one bid on these items. I'd love to sell them, but it would not be fair to Nigel to list them as free on here and then try to sell them.

jlaird, the tranny came with a project car which I immediately equipped with a 1275 drivetrain. I never tested it in a car. I can tell you that everything spins freely when you turn the input shaft and if you bolt on a shifter you can shift it into and out of every gear and the tranny will turn smoothly in each gear. It looks good because last year I spent an hour degreasing it so I could box and ship it. I put it on e-bay with 10 pictures of the gears and no one bid on it. I would have thought that a smooth case tranny that works on the bench would be worth something to restorers, but not even a nibble. Go figure.

No way to get to that tranny, but surely would like to add it to my spare parts collection.

Hmm, not comming to Florida for a vacation this wenter are you?

Someone who lurks here says he can pick up. I'll either give them to him, or break the stuff into small lots and put them on e-bay again. Thanks everyone for your interest.
