Ok now that I've got your attention - a Japanese website with downloadable paper cars - including a free bugeye.

If anyone gives it a try. Take a pic and let us know the result!

Wow. I'm an old origami fan and I think I'll give this a try one day. Looks like a winter project.
:thankyousign:
I have one of the old Moss paper Bugeye cut out and fold
toys. Cardboard. I didn't cut it out but saved the whole sheet.
I framed it. It even comes with an oil stain spot
for the base.

Much simpler design. If anyone is interested I could take a high res pic for them and send it via e-mail.

Scan it and make it a PDF. Post it and everyone can enjoy.

I'll try and get to it soon but scan and PDF....ya lost
me. No scanner. Maybe I can figure out how to make a PDF from a pic or something. I'm pretty computer illiterate.
It make take a few days due to just getting home today from hospital stay for pneumonia. Nasty stuff. I about pushed up the daisies.
The Buggy Barn ( the LBCs home) is a long walk from my house
and that's where such stuff is displayed.
You can just make it out over my toolbox in the frame
in this old pic.

Yeah Russ, it just sort of escalated over last weekend.
Been fighting the bug for a couple of weeks before.
Monday...done me in. Doc sent me directly to hospital.
I'm better by the day now.
Anyway, here's my feeble attempt at a usable image.
Again I have it in high res if ya need or want it that way.
Hope this comes out readable.

That optional oil spot is going to be a bear to get cut out.
