Monza quad tip installed today.
Wow this thing sounds cool. It's got the greatest sound between gears, and the rumble in the jungle is really awesome!

Here are a couple shots I just took...
I had to buy one of the pop up shade things to do the work, ain't got a shade tree out front & it's simply too hot here to do anything if you don't have shade!

I was wondering how that Monza exhaust would look when I saw it in the catalog. Pretty cool.

I brought my daughters digital camcorder to work, so I'm planning on shooting a small movie of Frank at lunchtime.
This little camera records to the SD memory card, quality isn't the best but it sure is easy to get the files onto the computer!

Failed attempt #1.
Either the microphone really doesn't like low tones or something else happened. You could hear it but the low tones of the exhaust all buzzed very badly. I've deleted those & will try again on the way home this afternoon.
It's probably just a cheap mic - meant only for a narrow range of audio.
 
Just installed one of those on Idgy. Don't you love the low "growl" Plus it looks so cool! I love the way the guys at the garage told me how easy it was and could be done in a couple of hours....took me one day to get the old exhaust off....another to get the new one on. I will say though it really was one of the easier projects I've gotten involved in.
 
My flippin' computer will not play avi files!
I'm getting that feeling of chucking it out the window again. "can not find the proper codec" or some such MS-BS...

Seriously, I've been working with computers professionally for well over 15 years now and they still drive me buggy from time to time.

At least my machine at work plays avi files!

Yes terriphill, I really do like the sound. Just wish I could share it.
It really wasn't so hard to install mine - since it came with a great set of brackets to hang it from the mounting holes that are already back there!
 
For one that is not perfect, no bends. I think that is too much.
 
Yeah, it would be about $300 with shipping.
I think I could pay a pro welder to fix mine and come out ahead at that rate.

Having watched Sprite and Midget items on eBay for several years now, I can say that most anything listed by that seller is overpriced. I totally disregard all their offerings.
