Frame Painting

I will be having my GT6 frame stripped and then plan to use Eastwood Rust Encapsulator and Chassis Black to coat/paint the frame. How do I get the coverage inside the frame boxed areas?

Eastwood sells a nice rustproof kit: https://www.eastwoodco.com/jump.jsp?itemID=1119&itemType=PRODUCT
JC Whitney also sells the same, probably cheaper, but I havent priced it lately.
I bought the JC Whitney one about 10 years ago, and found that the replacement parts I needed ( I lost the bottle) were the same. I also saw that its made here in Cleveland, Ohio.
What you need is the sprayer and the wands. You could then spay the Encapsulator inside the frame as well. You would have to clean thing very thoroughly afterwards as the Encapsulator will become rock solid and impenetrable.
