Found these three here locally. Some might find of interest.
Man has owned these for over thirty years and will sell them.

Tom,
Check your PM.

Okay, give me a price on the Mercedes!! I already have a TD & don't particularly want a T-Bird...but, could use an old Pagoda top SL!

Tony, He did not give me a price on each car but did say he wanted $40K for the package. Seems like too much to me. I think he has just now thought about selling them. Has owned them for over thirty years. Not driven or started in several years. The SL looked probably the worse of the three to me. Drivers floor needs replacing and rust in front of the windshield and several other places.

Yeah, based on what you just said, he's asking high dollar - not top for restored cars - but high.....rusty Mercedes aren't worth anything because the ones of that timeframe rusted worse than our MG's (ask me how I know that!)

Tom, do you know how much he wants for the T Bird and/or the TD? PJ

Paul,
He did not give me any prices for each vehicle. Said he would take low book (NADA). I checked that and was around $24K. The car needs carb work, fuel system cleaned and maybe brake work. The "Bird" did look the best of the three.

Man, I'd love to get my hands on that Bird....Always wanted one of those!

Jeff

I was actually bidding on a "Dusty Roads"(pinkish) Bird a few months ago....but SWMBO refused to part with her MGA...and I am not gunna drive a pink car, so I let her go.

This is the only T-Bird I want - in this color (Vintage Mint Green), the rarest of the "retro Bird" colors:
